Program Description Education in the German language provides insight into the literatures and cultures where German is spoken. It also gives students a knowledge of language that enables them to work and travel in areas of the world where German is spoken.
The Department of World Languages & Cultures offers the following undergraduate German degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in German Education, and a German minor.
Admission Requirements Admission to Major is granted by the department.
Minimum University admission requirements are:
  • a minimum of 32 earned semester credit hours
  • a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 (C)
